What We're Looking For:

You'll lead day-to-day cropping operations from ground prep to harvest and manage irrigation systems including bankless and siphon setups. You'll supervise farm hands, make operational decisions, and contribute to the ongoing transition to modern infrastructure.

Based at a well-equipped headquarters near Mungindi, you'll be part of a proactive team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on experience in irrigation and cropping.
  • Confidence operating machinery and equipment.
  • Spraying experience + ChemCert (or willingness to get certified).
  • Basic agronomy knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
  • Good record-keeping and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and leadership potential.


The Offer

  • Salary: $110,000-$130,000 p/a, commensurate with experience.
  • Family Home + Utilities + Work Ute + Benefits.
  • Electricity, high-speed internet, mobile phone, and work ute included.
  • Located close to Mungindi on a bitumen road.
  • School bus access at the farm gate.
